Sessions
There are several sessions in the general area. If you have an Irish session in Binghamton that you want listed, let us know.
Binghamton
Our current public session is in the AOH Hall at 148 Main St on Binghamton’s west side, a nondescript little building with an Irish flag painted above the door. Here is the link to Google Maps if you need to find directions there.
These sessions are held every 4th Tuesday of each month going from 6PM to 9PM. The AOH Hall is open to the public for these Traditional Irish Sessions!
Bainbridge
This Traditional Irish session is currently at Jerry’s Inn. It is normally held every Wednesday from 5:00PM to 8:00PM at (18 West Main St) in Bainbridge, NY 13733. Phone Number: 607-967-5008. Driving on Highway 88 take Exit 8 toward Bainbridge. It is on the left hand side of West Main street, just a few buildings up from the corner. There is parking available in the municipal lot behind the Inn
General Folk Music Jam’s
In light that some folks just want to play, New York Hall of Fame Fiddler Hope Grietzer has a web site for all Fiddler’s. It has a list of various levels and types of Jams. These are NOT sessions, but traditional folk style gatherings of Musicians in the best meaning possible.
